1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aerolyvo services at aerolyvo.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and related offerings.

2. Use of Website and Services

Aerolyvo provides aviation and air travel arrangements, digital aviation guides, and branded merchandise. You may use our site to book flights, schedule ground support, purchase digital content, and order physical goods. All services must be used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Services (Flight Arrangements & Ground Support)

Aerolyvo offers booking and coordination of flights, charter services, and airport transfers. You may reschedule a booked service up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time without penalty. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours before departure incur a service fee of 20% of the paid amount, with the balance refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable due to operational commitments. Refunds are issued via your original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.

4. Digital Products (Aviation Guides & Training Modules)

Our digital aviation guides, route maps, and training modules are delivered instantly upon purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the content. Once any file or module has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital distribution. Approved refunds are processed via your original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Merchandise (Branded Apparel & Models)

Aerolyvo merchandise includes apparel, scale models, and aviation accessories. To return an item, please contact support to obtain a return authorization. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, you may choose a replacement or a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items and limited-run products are final sale and not eligible for return.

6. Refund Policy

To request any refund, please submit your inquiry via our Contact Us form. Include your order number, service date, or product details. Approved refunds adhere to the timelines specified above and are credited through the same method used for payment. There is no cash payout option; all reimbursements follow the original payment channel.

7. Modifications to These Terms

Aerolyvo may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the revised version on aerolyvo.com with a new effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
